What's wrong with it. The Kingstons are the same model, just different size. All run at same frequency...

+1 on not using unmatched ram. Also, you should pick a better power supply. I have never heard of Ultra, which is not a good sign... Seems to be Ultra-cheap.. I would not have enough trust to plug a nice brand new motherboard, cpu and video card into a questionable PSU.
