7750 is about 40-50% better than 6670. I think you'd be fine with 6670 at lowest settings and low resolutions but I don't recommend it for smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

I checked a few benchmarks. I don't even think that card will run BF3. Even on low, that card struggles in modern games. Even in games like Left 4 dead, you're only getting 30-50 fps. That's not the low either, that's the average which means it can still drop lower.

Correction. I found several benchmarks saying No you can't play BF3. Even on the lowest possible settings, I'm seeing an average of 20-30 fps. Several other sites say that it won't even meet the minimum requirements

My advice to you save up some money and get good hardware because you'll more than likely hate your gameplay on your pretty old PC, I've waited for 2-years until i got my current gaming PC!
My old specs was Celeron D315 GeForce FX5500 and 768MB noname RAM!!!

It depends on the game.. In Battlefield 3 you'll certainly have a bottleneck.. I'm not sure about the others..
Choosing a very low end card just because your CPU will bottleneck it is a bad idea.. It'll make things worse..
If your PSU is strong enough 450W+ and has the 6 pin connector I'd suggest going for a R7 260X which sells for 116$ (about 81 EURO).. It's a very good performer capable of running current games at 1080p. If not, go for HD 7750 GDDR5.. It's also a good performer and doesn't require external 6 pin connector.
If you like nVidia go for their GTX 750.. It's a little bit more than your budget..
Again, you'll have a bottleneck with these cards in some games, but when you chose a good GPU you can still use it in feature builds :)

Ah, celeron. Those were the days. But seriously, your PC isn't worth it right now. Not for the money you want to spend. Save up your money for a year and try again. If you want to play BF3 or other modern games, expect to get at least a 260x or gtx 760. That'll at least help you run games for a while before having to upgrade again. Also, get a better CPU. Dual cores are pretty much obsolete by this point in time for gaming.

Thank u all! I prefer nvidia of course but as i said my choice is limited. i am actually looking for a temporary card, for smth like 1 year or maybe 2.
the problem is not bf3 i mean i dont have a big budget and i'm just looking to replace this shit http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?gid=788&graphics=Intel%20G41%20Express%20Chipset&page=2#discussForm so i can play pes 2014 on medium set(i was able to play it but on very low) or other games like far cry3. i dont mind playing on medium/average.Do u think is this card ok for that?
Will there be a problem with the psu or anything else?

Please do not swear on this forum. Also, you will not be able to play on medium. As I said, you'd be lucky to get 30 fps even on the lowest possible settings.

PES 2014 isn't a demanding game while Far Cry 3 is.. I'd say go for a HD 7750 and additional 2GB of RAM.. It's a perfect match with your PC and you'll be fine running games at low-medium settings at 720p..
