Will My CPU bottleneck with R7 265

I just ordered an used r7 265 and its on its way but i want to know if core i3-3210 is going to bottleneck with it,

Doubtful, the 265 is a pretty bad GPU to begin with, so it should work just fine.

Like I said in the first post, the card isn't going to give you very high FPS that would cause CPU bottlenecking. At 1366x768, you'll probably be limited by your monitor's refresh rate more than anything else in your system, so go ahead and try high settings, should work just fine.

Not Expecting High Fps as i know i would need a better Gaming Pc and also my ram is 4gb which is going to limit my settings too.

You're good, you may even be able to go a tier or two higher down the road without changing CPU but that would be the last GPU you should pair with that CPU.
