Will my cpu bottleneck

im planning to buy amd hd7770 oc or nvidia 650ti
so will my cpu i3 530@2.9ghz bottleneck by these cards
my specs are
i3 530@ghz
intel dh55tc mobo
4gb ram
500 watts psu
500gb harddisk
screen resolution is 1360*768
