Hello i want to ask if AMD Athlon II X4 651 Black Edition will work on n68c s ucc motherboard and how much better is it than AMD athlon ii x3 440 thx

No, the 651 is fm1 socket and the motherboard you have is am3.

RAM:Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX X2 Grey Series (please say what you think about this ram)

Biggest reason would be that your motherboard doesn't support the FX series of processors. Other then that depending on what you do the 6100 isn't really faster than the Phenom II 965. And technically the fastest processor supported on your board is the 945, 960T, or 1055T.

Your motherboard does not support 125W chips which means the Phenom II 965 is not supported.
