i want to replace my GPU with new Rx 7700 XT without changing anything else in my system. Rx 7700 Xt requires 2x8-Pin additional Power Connectors. Will my PSU support the graphics card? Showing a pic of the connectors in my PSU , plz tell me does my PSU have 2x8 pin power connectors-

In my place the AC input is 240V.

In which case it will probably be fine. But don't go running it to oblivion!
Shouldn't need to upgrade anything else, but you will probably want to go through GPU driver cleanse and reinstall using DDU when you install the new GPU: https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/uninstall-nvidia-amd-intel-gpu-drivers

Also just remember you're making a big step up in GPU, so you'll probably find your other hardware will begin to throttle your performance (depending on your usage).
Yes it does. However how long have you had that PSU?

Based on the rest of your system, you've had it some time, the PSU is not of great quality from my recollection and its age would prompt you to want to get a new PSU anyway. Remember PSUs have a shelf life, it's not a case of IF they fail, it's usually a case of WHEN they fail.

In short, does that PSU technically have the required connections and wattage? Yes
Would I recommend you get a new PSU anyway? Yes.

Tyvm sir, but i cant find the option to pick best answer , mayb i'm blind.

If you can't see what it is referring to there so you can't mark best answer - please report it to a mod (report a post on this thread) who can fix it, then you can mark best answer once they have fixed.

Btw if a PSU cant provide enough power to GPU during peak load, can that permanently damage GPU or PSU?

Yes if the PSU quality is not sufficient. Poor quality PSUs can damage your entire system.
