Will my graphics driver install on Zorin OS through terminal if it is designed for Ubuntu?

Hi I am wanting to install Zorin OS on my PC but the driver for my graphics car is designed for Ubuntu and Fedora and certificate commands need to be ran through terminal will this work if i download either of these drivers and try to install them?
