Will my new Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 (GV-N960OC-4G) physically fit into my PC?

Case: ATX midi tower LC-Power PRO-925B
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS R2.0

Solution

That shouldn't be a problem, unless there's something blocking the second PCI expansion slot in the back of the case that the new card would occupy. Which slot is your current card in (and...
Do you mean the GV-N960OC-4GD? If so, then yes, it should fit. Gigabyte's web page says the card is 177 mm long. PCPartPicker says it's 181 mm. But either way it should be okay, because LC-Power's web site says the case can accommodate a card up to 260 mm:

ETA: Checked the width too, just to be safe...the case is 180 mm wide and the card is 121 mm, so that should also work.

What i am concerned about is the cards height since it's double than my current one.

That shouldn't be a problem, unless there's something blocking the second PCI expansion slot in the back of the case that the new card would occupy. Which slot is your current card in (and what card is it?) Have you got any other PCI/PCIe cards installed, or anything else in the bottom of the case that could interfere with the new card or its fans, like a big tangle of cables?

Solution

I plan to remove the current Gt 740 and place the new one inside, the thing is will it bump into any of the things on the motherboard since the height is larger? And the motherboard only has 1 PCIe x16 slot

As you can see my current GPU is already almost touching the audio thing on the motherboard. My concern is that my new GPU will be too "fat" and will not be able to fit in.

Right. Sorry if I was unclear...the new card requires only the one PCIe x16 slot on the motherboard, but it will take up two spaces on the back of the case, and the fans will point down.

Will that be a problem?

Nope.
