People get very confused on this question.
There is no gaming rig that is never bottlenecked by the CPU. In most games you will have minimal to no CPU bottleneck however. I'll show you more of a worst-case scenario->

If you scroll down to the 1440p results you'll see better CPU's than you have scoring higher. You'd be just under the i5-4690K which at stock is only 5% faster.
In Starcraft 2 which only uses two cores you will also see times of CPU bottleneck when the battle calculations overwhelm your CPU, thus the the FPS will drop. The better the CPU the higher the FPS.
