Question Will my motherboard support a GPU upgrade

Will an ASUS PRIME Z490-A motherboard support a Geforce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB GPU, given that I have a i7-10700K CPU with a powerful enough power supply?

PSU is phanteks amp ph-650g and is 4 years old. Currently I have an rtx 2060 super

If you're currently running a 2060 Super, you'll be able to use a 4060 Ti, as it is more power efficient. A 4070 should also be possible.

I noticed on the manufacturers website that they recommend a 750W PSU for the 4070, would I still be fine even though mine is only 650W?
