Question Will my motherboard support this case?

So I'm planing on building a pc and was think about getting a Asus Prime B450M-A II motherboard, and using a Okinos Aqua 3 case. So will the B450 support the Type-C 3.2 gen 2 on the "front" IO panel, Asus says it support Type-A 3.2 gen 2, so can the case io pins just plug in to the motherboard?

No, it does not.

MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI MoBo does support front panel type-C connector though,

Do you already have the original motherboard and case? If so, there are adapters (although I am not a fan of those) that will allow the connection you are looking for.

While true, this adapter uses up internal USB 3.0 header and most MoBos only have one of those, leaving the 2x USB 3.0 type-A connectors on the case unplugged.
That is, unless one uses internal USB 2.0 to internal USB 3.0 adapter to remedy that as well.
