[SOLVED] Will my motherboard's FSB overclock automatically to be comapatible with a new CPU?

This is a motherboard I have. I'm planning to buy the best CPU (Core™ 2 Duo E8600) for that motherboard and update BIOS from F7 to F8d. In the first link in the motherboard specs it's written that this motherboard can be overclocked to 1333 FSB. So, in order to use this CPU, I have to overclock a motherboard manually or it will overclock automatically?

You didn't say what MB you have. Usually if it supports 1333 and you have the latest BIOS it should do it automatically.
But- the 1066fsb E7500 can be tapemodded to 1333fsb for a 3.67Ghz CPU. So overclock away!
