Will my new parts work with Gigabyte 970A-DS3P?

So I've currently got a Gigabyte 970A-DS3P and it is of course a AMD CPU. I plan on upgrading two parts to it, I plan on replacing the CPU which is currently a AMD FX 6350 to a AMD FX 8350 and I also plan on replacing my R9 270 with a GTX 970 MSI. So, will all of these work in my motherboard?
