I have a ASUS ROG Strix X370-F GAMING AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 motherboard and my ram is CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W. Will these two work?

Solution
All Ryzen CPUs benefit from faster RAM, because the Infinity Fabric speed (which connects the two core complexes which make up every Ryzen CPU) is tied to memory clock.

The RAM listed in the OP (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W) isn't listed in the QVL for that mobo, so it isn't guaranteed to work. That's not to so say it definitely won't though.

aren't they for tr4 and 2066 of intel ? i don't know you tell me mate

something bigger than intel's 115x socket . without integrated graphics so you have to buy your own graphics

Nope. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X370-F-GAMING/specifications/
Under Memory got 4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2666/2400/2133 MHz ECC and non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory *

The RAM isn't on the QVL, where do you see that? Or do you just mean you've seen other people post about getting that specific RAM/mobo combination working?
