I have a ASUS ROG Strix X370-F GAMING AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 motherboard and my ram is CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W. Will these two work?
All Ryzen CPUs benefit from faster RAM, because the Infinity Fabric speed (which connects the two core complexes which make up every Ryzen CPU) is tied to memory clock.
The RAM listed in the OP (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W) isn't listed in the QVL for that mobo, so it isn't guaranteed to work. That's not to so say it definitely won't though.
a gskill ripjaws with 2400 of frequency will do the job for you . it's cheap too . i been having this for about 3 years now and it hasn't failed only i failed it

^ its confirmed working , 2133 on early bios revisions, 2666 using docp on the newer revisions.
Some people hve hit full speed with an awful lot of messing about with manual timings.
The RAM isn't on the QVL, where do you see that? Or do you just mean you've seen other people post about getting that specific RAM/mobo combination working?
