Will my "rig" even startt GTA V and if so what settings?

intel core i7-4710hq cpu 2.50ghz
8 gb RAM

I am fairly new to the PC world but it looks like your rig would run gta pretty well however anything other than low settings and I don't honestly know what performance your looking at

thats a pretty beastly notebook, the 970m is comparable the 760, so running this game will be no issue whatsoever, i would guestimate around medium/high tweaked AA at 1080p 60fps no problem.
