QUES 1) Will my system bottleneck in gaming ?

My specs -

GPU - Sapphire R7 250 1gb ddr5
CPU - i7 4770k
MOBO - msi h87-g43 gaming mobo (not overclocking my cpu)

QUES 2) also i want to ask whether vs 450 psu is haswell compatible ? if i buy the vs 450 what will happen ? if there's any problem with this psu whats the substitute psu (maybe cx 430 80 plus bronze) ????????

Of course the processor is extremely strong and the graphic card is extremely weak. Your processor is getting bottlenecked and the R7-250 is an overall weak gpu. You won't get far in games with that gpu.
It really makes no sense if you make a bottleneck thread and tell us not to suggest anything else. We can't help you fix a bottleneck unless we suggest other parts and this is an extremely stupid selection for a gaming build, no offense.

For the psu, the VS and the CX aren't really good quality psus. I would seriously suggest a higher quality psu like the XFX 550w or something similar. The psu is the last part you'll want to skimp on.

Again, even though you told us not to suggest anything new, you're wasting a ton of money for horrible performance.

the thing's that i cant buy a new gpu . but i must buy a new cpu cuz my cpu is intel pentium g620 . can u pls tell me a substitute

Well can you list all of your current specs, your budget, your monitor resolution, and the games you wish to play?
