Will reinstalling windows 10 make my computer FPS better?

All games I play have low FPS despite the fact I have a relatively good computer which is only 5 years old. Nowadays I only use my computer for two things, WoW, and schoolwork, nothing else. I’ve followed many YouTube videos tagged as “FPS boasting” yet nothing works. 2 years ago it was lightening fast with 30-50 FPS 🙁

Will reinstalling windows 10 make it faster?

only if you have hacked on it, stopped services, this hack, that hack and lost track of what you changed in the windows config. if so, then I would try a clean install with fresh drivers.

It may help, have you tried updating the iGPU drivers? Also check temps, overheating will result in thermal throttling which reduces performance.

AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
8 GB of RAM

If that's your PC, sorry but there is nothing you can do. It's basically as fast as it's going to get. You need a video card upgrade and that All-In-One PC cannot be upgraded.

It’s worth a try. Wow system requirements hasn’t changed since cataclysm. Make sure wow is set to dx12 after you fresh reinstall windows

It is worth a try to reinstall Windows 10. As long as you back up your personal things (music. pictures, schoolwork, ect...) you've got nothingto lose.

@wildcard999. Thanks, updating my drivers made my games FPS from 7 to 30! However, WoW is giving me a notification to update drivers(I already did) and is flashing colors and pictures on random objects. I don’t mind it much but have any suggestions for this? Is this the part whwre I take this to WoW forums? XD

Try adjusting individual settings to see if the flashing stops. I had a issue similar on my system and it turned out HDR was turned on and my monitor doesn't support that so I had to turn it off manually.
