Will RX480 support this rig?

Processor : AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core 3.60GHz
Motherboard : ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Ram : 6.00GB
PSU : Cooler Master thunder 600 Watts
GPU : * AMD RX480 8GB (card i prefer)
CPU fan : Cooler Master Hyper 212x

suggest all tweaks because i have a high budget plan coming up so nearly 60k will be spent on upgrade. I would like skylake processors and no Amd processors.
