Hello guys, I am about to buy Gigabyte GTX 650 1GB but it's dual slot so will my PC support it and will it in my PC??

You will have no trouble fitting that card into your system.
It will cover up that 1st PCIe x1 slot, but that's ok. It will also be a short card, so no need to worry about length either.
