Will the i5-6600k Bottleneck a GTX 1060

Hi, I am about to build my first pc and I was wondering if my i5-6600k with bottleneck a GTX 1060 also will my GA-z170-HD3 be good enough.

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ARMOR OC Video Card

Thats definitally do-able how long do you recon it will last for gaming in the future and also how long will those parts last?

The parts will probably last quite a while.

And the 6600 was released late last year, so it's not even 1 year old, and obviously the 1070 is newly released. So they would definitely be usable for a good 3-4 years depending on the requirements of games. But I read your PM, the 1070 is a little overkill for just 1080p60 gameplay, you could probably do with a 970 for that and save more money, maybe a 980 and it will confirm most games running at 1080p60. And there's always room for quick upgrades if you get a little bit of spare money, such as more storage, and if you would like to remove the CPU Cooler and purchase it later, it'll get it closer to your $1400 budget.

I would only get the 1070 if you were to have a 1440p or 120+Hz monitor (Or both) as that would be worth the purchase.

I have an Asus Strix GTX 970, and I can run games such as GTA 5 on maximum settings (OR close) and I have applied a slight overclock too. The cooling on that card is really good and can keep it around 50c while under heavy load.

All you have to do now is pick your favorite build out of all of these, and if you think it's worth the money, you have 3-4 to pick from and you'll be good. But you could always check on Ebay or something like that for a 980Ti or something
