the thing that sticks out is your graphics (Intel HD graphics 4000). which is an integrated Graphics chip. not many games can run on this chip but if it does it wont run well

No.
It doesn't have a dedicated graphics card(GPU), and it's power supply is too small to add one.

the case is big enough so you should be able to. unless Lenovo does something to the case that will not let it take a standard size power supply

It'd be cheaper to buy a console, or roughly the same price, though this would run better than a console. SW:B looks roughly the same across PC/Console.
