Will the on-board Audio be Enough for this Headset?

I am thinking about getting the Sennheiser 350 SE which has a resistance of 150 ohms. My motherboard is the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 which has "Audio Boost 2", which is the Realtek ALC1150 codec. Will this be enough to power the headset or will I have to get a separate amp or DAC to power it?

Yes, this mobo audio boost powers up to 600ohm.
