Question Will the RX 580 8GB support my motherboard and PSU?

Basically, I want to know if the RX 580 8GB will support my motherboard and power supply.
Motherboard - ASRock 990 Pro3.0
Power Supply - CoolerMaster RS-600-ACAB-M2
I think the Power Supply will need an adapter.
Also if the RX 580 doesn't support my motherboard/psu, will the 3GB GTX 1060 or the 4GB RX 570 support them?

The PSU is a unit best used as a paper weight. You might also need to know, that if you need an adapter for a component or for the system, then you don't have the right PSU for your system.

But will it work if I buy an adapter for a few months until I have enough money to buy a new power supply? Also what about the Motherboard?
