Will the rx5700xt work with my H61M-P20(G3) motherboard

Yes, just be sure that you have an adequate power supply (either a good quality 550 or a decent 650 watt) as the 5700XT requires a 8 and 6 pin power connector.

Also depending on what CPU you have there probably will be a bottleneck
