Will Thermaltake Water 3.0 Pro Reach cpu from bottom of Case

Today I bought some parts for my future pc. I also bought Thermaltake Level 10 GT as case. But the window is a bit small. I was going to use Cooler Master V8 GTS as air cpu cooler but it will block the view. So i decided to have water cooling. As some of you know there is an empty 12 cm fan slot at the bottom of that case. So if i put Thermaltake Water 3.0 pro there, will the tubes be long enough to reach CPU
