Will the MSI gpu 2080 gaming x trio be supported by the
ASUS ROG Strix Z370-F mother board?? Also will the gpu fit in the
NZXT S340 Elite ATX Mid Tower???

Yes, the GPU will work with the motherboard (assuming compatible CPU, RAM and PSU, of course).
