Question Will these setups bottleneck eachother alot?

I have 2 desktops that i have built and
I need to know are these gpus too overkill or not

Gtx 750 ti
4gb ram (ik im going soon to upgrade the ram)
460w oem hp psu
Chieftec aegis case
Intel dh55tc mobo ddr3

Amd athlon 64 x2 5200+
Gtx 465
3gb ram
500w xlience psu
Acer oem case
Asus m2r-fvm mobo ddr2 OEM fujitsu siemens

Those GPUs are 10 years old.
Actually, all of that looks 10 years old.
So they would be underkill.
