Solution
You need to get DDR4 RAM, not DDR3 RAM.

Get a better psu. The Seasonic S12II 520w Bronze is usually the best deal lately.

See if you can afford the Asus Z170-E. If not, the board you selected would be ok.
u have pasted the ram specs in the mobo/cpu field as well...u need to correct that part first...

anyways...coming to hardwares, u mainly need to check the compatibility of ur mobo/cpu/ram mainly...if those 3 are compatible and works, the rest shd work as well...

You listed the RAM 3 times as the cpu and motherboard.

Ram- Kingston HyperX Fury HX318C10FBK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Black
Mptherboard- Kingston HyperX Fury HX318C10FBK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Black
Cpu- Kingston HyperX Fury HX318C10FBK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Black

SO I'm not sure if it will work or not. I can tell you that that is a terrible psu choice and that the CM 212X cooler is ok, but the CRYORIG H7 is better for just a very little more money.

sorry, its
motherboard- ASRock Z170M Pro4S Motherboard
CPU- Intel Core i5 6600K
Sorry about that, the ram is still the same

the cpu and motherboard are compatible...but make sure u go for that combination only if u plan to overclock in future...otherwise it is not worth the money u pay for it...as for the ram, make sure its ddr4...also it wud be better if u can add another 8gb to that @ 16gb (2x8) instead of (2x4)...
also as suggested above, change the psu to a better one and u dont need 700w for that pc...
try to chip in a minimum 100gb ssd for faster OS operation and ur config. will be all gud...

so do yuo think that i should go for a better build

well this is my 1st pc build and i have no idea what im doing, and my budget is arounf $1300

so this would be much better then the build i had

are you able to put a build together on pc case gear because i dont want to buy from various sites, and if you can make it any cheaper while putting it together thanks for the help
