It looks pretty good apart from a couple of things:

1) since you're using a skylake processor and z170 you can use ddr4 ram, so I would suggest getting that instead of ddr3
2) I might suggest a slightly more powerful PSU if you're getting a 1070, they will be very efficient cards but just for enough headroom something like a 650W might be better

Apart from that the build looks very good to me, should be able to run most if not all current games at 1080p at max settings and give you a decent upgrade path.

DDR4 definitely! Your build is so nice, I would get a better quality SSD. 550W should be fine for a 1070, but you can go higher if you want some upgrade room for the future (though even the 1080 can run on 550W I think).

DDR4 is a must, I've heard horror stories of DDR3 damaging Skylake CPUs because of different power requirements (not sure how true this is but Skylake only officially supports DDR3L not regular DDR3 so there must be a reason for it).

The Hyper 212 EVO has recently been replaced by the Hyper 212X so you may want to consider that, both are great coolers for the price though.

Spring for a SanDisk or Samsung SSD if you can

A 650W PSu would be good, especially if you plan to overclock which increases the system's power consumption a fair bit.

That 1070 will be awesome, just jump on them quick on June 10th because I forsee them going out of stock very quickly.

All in all this is a great build.

Good build for your first build. I'll try not to say what these guys have said already...
Cons-
DDR3? Go with DDR4, it's a must.
I personally don't think you'll need a 2 TB hard drive, a 1 TB will do for quite a while. I'd also go with the Samsung EVO 500GB SSD.
Get a 650W PSU, great future proofing.

Like said above multiple times , DDR4 ram is a must .
The power supply should never be cheaper out on . I'll recommend a SeaSonic or a EVGA G2/P2/B2
Also I'd avoid the Kingston V300 series as they are known for the bait and switch .
