On pcpartpicker you can't copy and paste the url. Either post the permalink or use the export button, bbcode and copy and paste the list it creates.

Low quality PSU, so get a better one.
That motherboard cannot OC so get a non-K i5 or a Z97 motherboard
You don't need 16GB ram if you're just gaming.
Two 60Hz monitor? Why not get one 144hz monitor. what is this PC for?

Solution

I would also recommend you to get a better cooler than that cooler master.

Don't get the Optical drive. Just spend <$20 on something like this Lite-on. Also switch to this OS(Its basically the same thing at half the price). You can also go with a PSU like this XFX TS 550W or go get a Modular PSU like this Corsair RM 650W (both will be able to handle a GTX 970 and overclocking)

Also switch to a 1TB 7200 RPM drive like this Seagate or this Hitachi

Take the extra saved money and get a GTX 970.

Just to let you know, this is just a upgrading and the only thing different about that list of components is the ram, psu, cpu and motherboard. Sorry I didn't mention it earlier.

I like the looks of the TX Corsair series :) I was also thinking that I would need to add a better cpu cooler if I am going to overclock the Intel CPU. Any good recommendations for cpu coolers for a overclocked i5 4960k? (I am sorry that I'm asking a lot here)

The CXM is not any better quality than the CX.

CX430: Panasonic/Matsushita 180µF, 400V, 85°C capacitor on the primary and predominantly Samxon 105°C on the secondary with some Nippon Chemicon, Jun-fu and CapXon.

CX430M: Panasonic/Matsushita 180µF, 400V, 85°C capacitor on the primary and predominantly Teapo and CapXon 105°C on the secondary.

This should work well
Why oversize the PSU, taking one at 500 Watts would be better than taking other one at 750 Watts Watts in same price range

I wasn't talking in terms of quality. It is pretty much the same in that regard. I think it is better is because it semi-modular. Cable management is much better. I have alot of unused wires lying around in my case and it looks messy.
