Will this build max out games at 1080p for 2-3 years to come?

I5 4440 3.1Ghz
MSI Z97S Sli Krait Editoin Motherboard
HyperX Fury 8Gb kit (2x4Gb)
Corsair CXM 600 (PSU)
WD 1TB Caviar Blue
Windows 8

Will this Run games like FarCry 4 and Battlefield 4, Dying Light and Fast paced FPS games like COD:Modern Warfare, CS:GO ect.

No..you need to get i7 4790k..

Should do. Worse comes to worse you can just buy another GTX 970 from ebay when in 2-3 years they're 2 series behind and sli into 1080p. CPU seems a bit poor for your build though. I'd upgrade it to a i5 4670k / 90k.

If I upgrade to a i5 4690k and sli the GPUs later will this run games like the new battlefields and far Cry? High to ultra at 1080p, with the 1 card lasting at least a year?

yes just change out the power supply ... Corsair CX series is a bit Sub-Par Try seasonic close to same price for a 620W much better quality.
