Hey,

Everything in the build seems fine and it will be able to play Battlefield 4/AC and all kinds of other "AAA" games with relatively high settings.
However, if you'd like to have a second option, I'll give you this one here:

8350 is OK

Change Zalman cooler to Coolermaster hyper 212 evo - $30 but better cooler.

Change the mobo to Gigabyte 990fx ud3 or ASRock 990fx Extreme 4 - bettter overclocking and voltage control.

For a pc with a gtx 770 you should have a 600W psu. Get a good one per - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
eg XFGX650, Seasonic 620, Antec HCG 620M

Otherwise, good to go.

If no overclocking then get a solid i5. Also, Asus is better than Zotec for GPUs. That PSU has to go and I replaced with a semi-modular, good quality, one. Case, spend a bit more and you won't be sorry.

It is a bit more expensive but mainly, the power supply is a beter one and is provided by a more trusted/favoured company than the one you enlisted. Silverstone/Rosewill/XFX/Corsair/Seasonic/Antec mainly make the best quality Power Supplies around.
The motherboard/GPU are different aswell. I chose this motherboard to avoid a possible BIOS update that some 970A models need in order to work with more advanced cpu's/gpus if I'm not mistaken.
The main difference between the gpu's are the producer. Good old AMD vs NVIDIA again. Here are some charts for the GPU's performance:
http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=1893&gid2=1816&compare=radeon-r9-280x-msi-gaming-3gb-edition-vs-geforce-gtx-770-zotac-2gb-oc-edition
The gtx 770 is very slightly in ahead of r9 280x. However, here is where mantle comes along to give the r9 280x a boost in some games, where it is utilized such as BF4.
All in all, it is up to you. GTX 770 gives a very very slight performance boost in some games, but costs a little bit more. If money isn't an important facotr, go with the zotac 770 and with the build I listed, replaced by the gtx 770.

Hope this helps a bit^^

Forget load times, what you really want is storage because games can exceed dozens of gigabytes these days with all the DLC and stuff. Besides, M.2 cards are just around the corner, wait for them to come out which are even faster!
