S12II-520, despite being older tech in PSU world, is the best group-regulated PSU ever made. Seasonic still makes and sells S12II series PSUs, 9 years after the platform launch.

While not ideal, S12II-520 PSU will do fine. It's also better than the Seasonic industrial PSU you picked before. Though, what about the prices of Seasonic M12II-520 EVO, Focus 450 Gold, Focus+ 450 Gold in your store? Considerably more than S12II-520?

My AMD build (full specs with pics in my sig) was powered by S12II-520 for 3.5 years without any issues until i bought Seasonic Focus+ 550 (80+ Platinum) for it. Actually, all 3x of my PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are powered by Seasonic.

Build looks relatively good, though look for a Crucial MX500 SSD since it offers a lot better performance with little added cost,

As far as PSU goes, Seasonic is good OEM but why did you pick the old industrial PSU? Seasonic makes consumer grade PSUs as well; like M12II EVO, Focus, Focus+, PRIME series,

Out of the 4x PSUs, i'd go with S12II-520. S12II-430 has a bit too less wattage and S12II-620 has a bit too much wattage for your system. M12II-520 is even older tech than S12II series.

To put it short, Seasonic launched S12 and M12II at the same time. Some time after those, S12 series got upgrade in form of S12II and M12II series got upgrade in form of M12II EVO.
Like so:
S12 -> S12II
M12II -> M12II EVO
