Will this computer overclock well?

Recently I have been trying to build a custom pc. I have come to a point where I think that everyone is well. I am satisfied with my build but am wondering if it's a good build that can overclock and play games. While the graphics card is a mid ranged it looks good for its price and the motherboard and cpu look good for overclocking. Can you give your opinion on the pc and what can be done or if it is just good as it is?

Looks like a pretty good build except for the PSU. Corsair Builder Series is not recommended for OC'ing and long computer life.

I suggest that you pick one of at least 550 W. from the following list: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/power-supply/#m=52,14,95,71,39&t=5&sort=a4&W=550,700

Seasonic makes the best.
