Will this cpu bottleneck the gpu? Please help

I have pentium 4 3.2ghz9HT)Prescott 1mb cache,2gb ddr2 667mhz i think was,8500gt 256mb ddr2 and i want to replace it with the nvidia gigabyte 610gt 1gb.I overclocked it the 8500gt and now i have problems it only works on cs 1.6 fine but on other games crushes the screen is going in diferent colours and like crop so many things..I know my pc is old but is handling games like dota 2,wow,bf3..i don't play othrer games so its fine for me like this,and i dont have now money to buy better..I think it will bottleneck but Will be little or huge?

Quite honestly, A Pentium 4 will bottleneck almost every graphics card other than an old AGP graphics card or a low performance PCI Express card if the Pentium 4 is on the 775 socket, such as a Radeon 5450 or a GeForce 8400 GS.

You should be fine with a GT 610. It is a low performance card suitable for non-gaming or very light gaming tasks. The Pentium 4 will bottleneck it, but you will still see an improvement overall. If you plan on upgrading at a later point in time, I would buy it and run with it until your next build.

I will buy new pc after 3months..I will put i3 4130 or 4150 radeon r7 260x 2gb or the gtx 750ti 2gb i will see for that,4gb ram 1600mhz, 500gb or 1tb hard and 450w real power psu That will play everything maybe not on ultra but will play all games.

The 610 GT can at least run DirectX 11 graphics and is a faster card so it is definitely an improvement and since neither the 8500 GT or the 610 GT are high end cards, then you won't see a major bottleneck. The 610 is technically more efficient, quieter, and produces less heat. Even though, Neither card is high enough up the performance food chain to really notice those particular benefits. It is a smart upgrade nonetheless.

It sounds like you have a smart build plan for a reliable computer in the next upcoming months. If you run the 260X instead of the 750 ti, It is recommended that you have at least a 500w power supply. But other than that, you have a nice balanced system plan.

A GTX 660 is a good card, but the 750 ti is the newer generation equivelent. I would go with the 750 ti over the 660 just becasue of DirectX 12 graphics coming for it as well as reduced heat output, reduced power consumption, and it is quiter than the previous generation 660 GTX graphics card.

Okey thanks..And after that build i will build strong pc..Im collecting money now,i'm buying the 610gt to play 5-6months on this and then on the new ones,btw the second build will be :

Your second build idea will definitely be stronger than your first one. I am sure that it will be a more expensive build as well though. I both recognize and respect that we all have different budgets. Not all of us can afford 980 GTX graphics cards in Quad SLI.
