Will this Custom PC run the original Dayz and Dayz Standalone?

Will this run on High, and if you could estimate the amount of fps i would get on both games that would be great also.

Dayz and amd do not go well together. You need high IPC and that pretty much means intel I'm afraid.

Dayz is very single thread oriented. While the AMD FX cpus do have great multi-threaded performance, any good intel will beat it on dayz. If the PC is not already built, consider trading for a good i3 or low range i5 instead.

Go with Intel an Intel Core i3-4150 if you are planning on playing these two games. Otherwise, go with a i5-4670K.

Go with i3 4150 or i5 4440. FX won't be the best choice here. Single core performance matters in DayZ, and Intel dominates there.
