Will this graphics card fit in my case?

Graphics card - Sapphire Toxic Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card, length 308mm/12.1"

Case - Cooler Master Elite 430, supports cards up to 315mm/12.4"

7mm/0.3" seems like quite a small amount of spare room to me; would it fit?
