Will this laptop run games such as MiniClip or Facebook games?

I see no reason why it won't. I could run all of these back in the day when I had around 500MB RAM or 1GB at most. These games are not very demanding, if at all. Make sure you have a decent internet connection and I am 99% sure you will get a nice and smooth experience.
