Will this memory work for my PC?

I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 MT and was wondering if these ram sticks will work in my pc?

Per this Dell webpage : https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-memory-upgrade-8gb-2rx8-ddr3-udimm-1600mhz/apd/a6994446/memory those memory sticks were designed for 9020 MT ... you could get 2 for 16GB or 4 for 32 GB

i already have 8gb of ram so far so i only need 3 more 8gb sticks so i can get 32gb because thats what i'm aiming at
