CPU: AMD FX 8320E Black Edition Eight Core

Hello, was wondering if this combo would work to play high end games on high settings with 60 fps. More importantly, I am wondering if the motherboards and graphics card and cpu will be compatible together.

Also I am wondering if I should stick with the fx 8320 or use a AMD Athlon X4 860k or a A10 7700, and change the motherboard

That will not work, because you are using a 5 year old CPU and chipset.
This is a build I have recommended many times and it's much better than yours, because the CPU performs the same or better in all games and the GPU is new, firstly the build was with RX480, but I have seen that 1060 is better at least on DX11.

Don't I need the AM3+ to be compatible with the FX-8320?

I don't own any of the parts yet, and my budget is around $550. I want an AMD processor and a GTX 960 at least.

AMD processors are outperformed easily by Intel processors and run hotter, I don't see any reason to go with AM3+.....
I'm hopeful for Zen, but at the moment there is just no competition with building a new rig.
I'll be back in 20 to answer any questions you have.

Won't a dual core fall short when playing graphic intensive games like battlefield 4 that require many cores?

The i3 is a quad core processor with a 3.7GHz clock speed, and has higher ipc than the FX8350.
IPC stands for instructions per core, meaning each CPU core can only handle so much workload.
This is why even Intel's lower end quad core CPUs like the i3 6100 beat out the FX-6300 and FX8350 in multi-thread applications with the exception of some editing applications and rendering, where the i5 still demolishes both but the i3 falls a little behind the FX-8350.

How about this:
Intel i5 6th gen Skylake
http://www.microcenter.com/product/451887/Core_i5-6500_32GHz_LGA_1151_Boxed_Processor
and
This motherboard
http://www.microcenter.com/product/456589/GA-H110M-A_LGA_1151_mATX_Motherboard

But I will downgrade my GPU to a GTX 960

Not worth it.
Although ideally I would like you to have a budget of $650 so I could perfectly fit in a 6500 and an RX 480, the CPU is not worth the sacrifice of the graphics card, as the i3 can handle it perfectly fine, and you are cutting your GPU performance in half by getting a 960. 😱
I recommend going with my build above unless you can really stretch your budget to $650.

I will spend a little more now, in order to get the i5, and I a wondering if the Radeon 470 is just as good as the 480 in performance?

The i3 is not Quad core processor . it just shows 4 Virtual CPUs .. it is 2 cores with HT enabled and this is not equal 4 cores.

Overclocked FX-8350/8320 outperforms i3 easy . but I dont recommend AMD for the lack of good motherboard options , like M2 , USB3.1 , PCIexpress 3.0 and so on ..

The motherboard you chosen however has no options lol making the AMD better , look for M2 PCIE 3.0 and NOT 2.0 when you choose a motherboard :)

There is quite a decent sized disparity between the RX480 and RX470, about 20% in terms of performance.
You get an additional 4GB of VRAM with the RX480 model I have listed, and it is well worth the investment in the long run imo.
Also @Samer, the i3 6100 is essentially a quad core CPU due to the fact that hyperthreaded cores perform the same as physical cores, and are recognized as such. Much easier than saying dual core with hyperthreading no? 😛
Two cores with HT = 4 Threads = 4 cores just to simplify it in the case of the i3 6100.
And this also differentiates it from the Pentium line.
This is your final build by the looks of it. :)

othr option if you want better case and bettr mobo , with 1060 :) , and a 5 years warranty 2T harddisk

Not worth it, the 5-10% performance increase of the 1060 over the RX480 is negligible given that the i3 6100 essentially tops out at RX480 performance. A 1060 with an i3 will see little to no performance increase over the RX480.
An i5 6500 is a much better investment, as it also future proofs you for higher performance cards like the 1070, or crossfire.

lol how cross fire and your mobo does not have 8x,8x slots ? :)

you rush too much in choices :)

lol ,and you are the one who said i3 at the beginning :)

anyways :)

dont go that cheap on cases , cases are important , also Hitachi are better drives , and when you think of CF choose the right board

I said i3 at the beginning for the RX480, as it is essentially the most you can get away with without bottlenecking.
I'm talking about crossfire and 1070 in future which would obviously require an upgrade given that there is only one slot on H110M boards, even though most people tend to stick to the fastest single card solution.
This was a conscious decision, as typically when you upgrade your rig, you buy new components, no?
If he wants to crossfire in future he would need to upgrade his motherboard, note I didn't say crossfire with these specific components.
The case i've listed is actually on sale, and is a solid quality case, that usually retails for a higher price. Double check always before assuming people are skimping. :)
No need to be so passive aggressive with all the smiley faces, I know what you're getting at, and you should really let people justify themselves before you start jumping down their throats.

We don't need petty arguments, just debate passively and try to reach the best outcome for the poster, not just because you want a best answer.
Cheers.

dont start accusing others ok ? I dont care about your best answers all together . I am smiling so you dont feel attacked. and you dont feel I want to steal the stupid best answer .

but it seems in your case what ever people do you will accuse them with ill intentions .

you can have all the best answers you want ... now I understand why you unselected a best answer in one of the other thread I was in , you are so obsessed to get them dont you? I am not here for them rest in peace . I am old enough not to care about them , I am here only to help because I like helping , not because I want best answers .

when some one gives you an advice dont take it as an attack okay ?

have a nice day .

Hello OP, thanks for disregarding my reply.
Love, Lakimens.

Also:

Clicked on my build > Edit Parts > Gives more expensive option.

His motherboard is better and if you're getting that motherboard get 2x4GB Ram, but If you are getting my build get 1x8GB, because you only have two memory slots and getting only one will ensure you can upgrade to 16GB for cheaper.
Anyway, I noticed my build is a bit outdated and you could swap the case for Source 210, better looks.

And a dual core is better than a quad core, because an i3 performs better than an AMD quad core.
The 8XXX are octa core, yes, but they use a technology similar to hyperthreading, where there are 4 modules and 8 cores.
The i3 outperforms it because it's core is almost twice as powerful as the AMD, I've done the math and the AMD has to be clocked at around 6.3Ghz, to beat the i3-6100 in single core performance.

Guess I'll use the i5 6500 and rx 480 once that beast comes into stock for 250$. I guess I'll have to buy Windows for a 100$? Has anyone tried the Windows keys for 30$ from Reddit and such?

Also for that gigabyte mobo I'm not gonna crossfire obviously, but don't I need ddr4 2133? I recall someone saying it was 2400 but I think it's 2133 just to make sure.
