Will this PC get 60 fps on high?

I'm building my first gaming PC and I want to know if it'll be able to run games like Crysis 3, BF Hardline, and GTA 5 on high with atleast 60 fps.

The specs are:
AMD FX 8350
Asus M5A99FX Pro R 2.0
Corsair Vengence 16 GB 1600 MHZ ram
Seagate 2 TB SSHD
Asus GTX 970 4 GB
Corsair 500R White
Corsair 600W PSU

Also if I get a Corsair 100i what can i expect for an OC with my Mobo

At 1080p, yes that build will do you well.
You never know how much of an OC you'll be able to get out of the chip you get until you try it out.
I'd recommend an Intel CPU though, much better for gaming right now.
Which Corsair PSU btw? I wouldn't go anything but HXi or AXi.

Yes, you can run at high at 60fps with ease. Should be able to do most games on ultra with at least that fps (unless doing multiple monitor or 4k)

It's a Corsair CX600 ATX. And if I were to get an Intel what i5 should I get? I'm able to get an i7 4790k but I would rather save some money for more games, but if you think the fps difference is worth it I'd probably get and Intel.

Since you can get almost 60FPS with this CPU & an older GTX 770, you'll be able to get 60+ using the 970 (http://anandtech.com/bench/GPU14/931).

If you're not interested in OCing, I'd get the cheapest 1150 i5 you can find. If you are, go for the i5 4690K
