Will this PC run specifically World of Warcraft at 120+ fps with Max settings (Ray Tracing = off) on my Ultrawide monitor?

That should get you what you are after. I am running 1440p, on a 5800x non 3d and an RX 6800 non XT. Except in outdoor world boss fights, I am always over 120fps. WoW is very CPU heavy, so the 5800x3d should really help.
