Will this PCI Express 3.0 card work in my 2.0 slot?

Here is the card:

I confirmed I have a 2.0 slot

I'm getting differing opinions here in the office as to whether a 3.0 card will work in a 2.0 slot.

Yes but it wont utilise PCI-E 3.0 speeds.

Yes it will work 100%.Pci exp are backward compaitable.pci 3.0 card will work in pci 2.0 ,1.0 slot without any performance loss as gpu never utilize its full speed.you are good to go.
