It'll be overkill. If you're not going for a crossfire/SLI rig in the future, you can drop it down a bit. But answering your question as is, it's more than enough.

You motherboard is for Ivy Bridge cpus. You need to have a Haswell compatible motherboard. Since you are not overclocking, I suggest this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157378

You should get a better gpu, like a GTX 770 or 780 but that's just my opinion.
