Questions:
1) will this psu handle this setup with OC-ed i5
2) will it handle oced gtx970
3) will it handle both processor and gpu OC-ed
4) your general opinion about my current psu

P..S. I am planing on moderate to high OC- ing and getting the high-end air coller for the processor (NH-D14 for example) so i guess it will drow some extra power too.

go for 750w and a good brand, the cheap ones will kill the rest of your pc, the reason I say 750 is so you have room, 600w would be okish if you were leaving it at stock having that extra room will come in handy

that PSU will "Power" the components, but it wont let you OC very well, and it will die sooner then you think (taking other components with it). definitely try to get a 750w from a reputable brand, like SeaSonic, XFX, Antec or EVGA B2/G2. 750w will let you OC AND add another 970 in the future, if you want.

i don't know anything about that psu and can't find any reviews of it that say if it is a good unit or not. i would suggest you chose one that is know to be good. if you are in the US this is a great psu at a good price that will easily handle the system with whatever oc you wish to use.

plenty enough power and a good price. if you are not in the US, providing an online store will allow me to skim it and pick a quality unit for you. check ut this list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html shoot for something on the top 2 tiers for a psu that can handle a high oc.

first off i would get a reliable brand of power supply such as seasonic, xfx, superflower, rosewill "capstone" series, antec "high current gamer" series or evga "g2" series as getting a junk power supply is asking for trouble.

a quality 550w psu is enough for an i5 and 970 though since you intend to overclock heavily i would look into a 600-650w for a bit more headroom. the seasonic 620w would be perfect and is typically fairly cheap (but there are other options, the xfx 650w is $51 right now)

personally i'd avoid chieftech myself.

Thank u for those fast answers, i would like to state that Chieftech is a popular brand here where i live and they have quite good reputation (they provide more real power then some higher volate psu, as ppl saying) and the one i got was about 50 euro (60 dollar) so i wouldnt say they are low quality. Is there a reason why u guys would avoid Chieftech beside its not a popular or well know brand where u live at?
