My old psu has those connectors ATX 20+4-pin, 4-pin 12V, 6x MOLEX, 2x FDD, 2x SATA, PCIe 6-pin

And i will buy a new pau with these:
Will that be fine? I rlly wanna make sure cuz im not good in this

1× 20+4 Pin, 1× 4+4 Pin, 2× PCI-Express 6+2Pin, 3× IDE 4Pin (Molex), 4× S-ATA, 1× Floppy

Solution
It would be compatible with the motherboard, but anything else depends on what connections you currently use. If you have more than 2 molex in use then it won't be compatible.
connector wise it´s fully compatible and better

If you have more than 3 Molex devices, like old hard drives or fans, you would need simple adapters from SATA to IDE with this PSU
PCIe is PCI-Express, the new one has more options to connect PCIe devices
FDD is Floppy, so if you don´t have 2 drives in your system, that´s fine

do you think this one would be compatible too?
1 x M/B 20+4 Pin, 1 x CPU 4+4 Pin, 4 x PCI-e 6+2 Pin, 6 x SATA 15-Pin, 2 x PATA 4-Pin

Old psu connectors:
ATX 20+4-pin, 4-pin 12V, 6x MOLEX, 2x FDD, 2x SATA, PCIe 6-pin

New one from coolermaster:
1× ATX 20+4 pin
1× 8 (4+4) pin EPS12V/ATX12V
2× 8 (6+2) pin PCIe
6× SATA
2× 4pin Molex
1× FDD

Will it be compatible? In not good in this

Do you think 450w will be enough tho? I have i7 2600k and an rx 570... also i heard cooler master has lretty good psus.... but im concerned about the connectors

Minimum recommended is 500w for the 570, but 450 would do fine with a lower tdp cpu like that. It has all the pcie connectors you need for any varient of the 570 I've seen. As long as you aren't running a bunch of ancient IDE/molex hdds, you'll be fine for connectors.
