[SOLVED] Will this ram run at 2666Mhz without enabling xmp profile?

I want to buy a very low cost transcend u-dimm 4GB 2666Mhz Ram.

But, I know some DDR4 ram like (Corsair/Gskill) with any speed(2400/2666/3200) always runs at 2133Mhz as factory default but no idea about this heatsinkless transcend ram.

So, the questions are:

1. Will this ram runs at 2133Mhz or 2666Mhz?
2. Since this ram has no heatsink, is it safe to enable xmp?

My Spec:
Processor: Pentium G6400 10th Gen
Motherboard: Biostar H410MH

But this particular transcend ram hasn't any heatspreader/heatsink. For enabling xmp, I have to increase its voltage.

I am really confused about the heating issue regarding this ram.

it should run 2666 after you enable XMP the memory specks say at 1.2 volts even if it needs more volts it's no bid deal heatsinks are more or less just for looks now with the low voltage that DDR4 needs.
