Will this ram work with my motherboard?

I believe it will. But, CAS latency (CL) of 11 is very slow. Look for CL of 7 to 9.

Thanks for all of your answers, the ram worked, I'm using it right now.

I ended up getting this ram to take advantage of dual channel.

Does it work with not even the ivy bridge proc?
and But does 1600 speed memory be default to 1333mhz? or it stays as 1600 mhz when you put it in?
