I'm planning to build a gaming PC for about 450€, so here is what I think will do best.

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 106,99€
GPU: MSI rx560 0€ (I already have it, however I will upgrade it in the future)
Memory: 4GB*2 DDR4 2133MHz Crucial 25€*2
Motherboard: MSI b350m 75,60€
PSU: XILENCE ATX2.3 PSU 500W XN052 25,28€
Case: Gembird Case AresV2 Midi Tow ATX USB 3.0 LED Black 24,80€
SSD: SILICON POWER M10 120GB MSATA SATAIII SP120GBSS3M10MFF 38,90€
HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 32MB DT01ACA100 39,98€

Total: 361,55

(all the prices are from estonia market, I will not buy any components from ebay or newegg, however if they're avaible on estonia market for reasonable price I will buy them)

Any help is appreciated.

Solution
The CPU will be ok if you pair it with high frequency RAM (3200MHz)
GPU not so much, GTX1060 is the sweetspot for 1080p price to performance
PSU: make sure it's at least 80+ bronze certified
HDD: from my experience, i've built a dozens of configs with WD drives, only one with a Toshiba drive and that one failed....
Since this MB has only 2 slots for RAM, i'd recommend getting either 2x8GB or a single 8GB stick and upgrade later to 2x8GB.
8GB is not going to be enough. even if you have to sacrifice the SSD for now.
if you can wait a bit for the similarly priced but higher perfroming:
1. ryzen refresh in a form of 2200 or 2400
2. i3-8100 with a h3xx MB (would be my pick for gaming in this price range)
it would get you better value for your money.

Thank you for your help, however I can't find a 8 gigs ram stick with 3200mhz.. only found 4x4. What about 8 gigs 2666mhz?

Thanks again

That psu is like a big no go. Get something that will not have a high chance of killing your pc.

And why didn't @n0ns3ns3 and @grana92 say anything bout that?

Thanks for telling me though, but which one should I pick then?

This PSU is on the low quality side. but since you are building a low power system that will never reach 200w consumption (typically around 120-150w while gaming), it's OK to use it.
and granna actually mentioned something about PSU, though efficiency rating not really connected to "quality".

It has really obnoxious coil whine tho. That also a reason why I don't recommend it.
