You'll be fine. You should be able to run it at that resolution at low to medium settings since it was able to play bf3 at 1920x1080 at high settings at 30fps.

This will run it, but not maxed out, you will get a good performance at mid detail with your resolution.
The recomendations are:

Windows 8 64-bit
(Vista SP2 is minimum)

Intel quad-core or AMD six-core
(Dual core is minimum)

8GB RAM (4GB is minimum)
